'The Spring Thing' - A simple solution that holds the baggage door open automatically and is released by holding the door and pulling the spring to release the tension. Fuselage and baggage door mounting brackets are included. Solves problems with the existing baggage door rod which is typically bent, difficult to use, and unreliable. It really works. 'The Spring Thing' has also been installed effectively on the nose baggage doors for Van's RV8 and similar aircraft.
